Career Transformation

Working as a career coach with individuals seeking to refine their role, career and thus hopes for the future gives me space to be as varied in my working style as the different personalities that I work with.

I am based in Tunbridge Wells but work across Kent in Tonbridge, Maidstone, Sevenoaks and into London. Where you live is not an issue for me as the powers of the internet mean that I can contact you face to face via Skype or on the phone.

So, do you need a career coach?

Do you want to find the real you? Do you want to discover what it is that is holding you back? Do you want to discover how to move on in your work? Life can get crazy as we all try and be our best at any cost. What about you?

- Do you drive yourself without a pause?
- Do you manage your stress and anxiety in unhealthy ways?
- Are you anxious about your next career move?

Then maybe career coaching is for you.

It can feel empowering to believe that you can change, and do something differently – running an organisation, relating to a team member or creating a more balanced
way of life. It could mean recognising your strengths, taking on a new role, or even saving your marriage.

I use many different tools to help you access what it is that is getting in the way of you being fully you. I will help you challenge those whispers that cause you to stumble. Often, they are old voices that just need to get out of the way to ensure that you find the best you again. 20 years as a counsellor means that I can take your coaching to any level…

“Susie has been coaching 9 managers at all levels within our organisation over a period of six months.  Her approach has been flexible and adaptable and that makes a big difference when dealing with managers who have hectic timetables. She has made a significant difference to the behaviour of these managers – some have reported positive changes not only at work but in their personal lives. Manager’s
report an increase in confidence levels, particularly relating to handling difficult and challenging situations.  We have really valued Susie’s support and have no hesitation in recommending her.”

About Susie Flashman Jarvis

One part of blogging is to write about myself. That in itself is a challenge, not because I don’t know myself but rather, I need to think about what I want you to know.

As a coach or a therapist the general rule of thumb is, don’t disclose things about yourself unless it is useful for the client. However, I believe in congruence and I believe that someone is more likely to be themselves if they experience authenticity in another.
